Refunds
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange of goods within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping refunds are not available for this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on all products, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and delays may occur. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these delivery terms.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email stating that your package is on its way. You can easily track your delivery in real-time on the Track Your Order page, where you can search using your email address, order number, or phone number.

To ensure fast and secure delivery, we collaborate with leading logistics partners, including PostNord, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Warranty Terms and Right of Withdrawal
The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by the customer dropping or mishandling the product. It is the customer's responsibility to handle the product with care.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging is unopened and in original condition. If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note: Returns sent back without prior contact with our customer service or without approval will not be processed and will automatically be returned to the sender. To ensure smooth processing, please contact us before returning an item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using our contact form.

Shipping costs for returns
We will instruct you by email where to send your item for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. In the event of an incorrectly provided address that leads to the shipment being undeliverable and returned to us, a handling and shipping fee of SEK 150 will be charged for a new dispatch.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you discover an error in the address details, please contact us immediately.
After the shipment has left our warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible to change the address.

If the package has already been shipped and is returned to us – and you, as the customer, instead choose to cancel the order – a shipping fee of SEK 150 will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over SEK 750, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
